Just up from our 'For Sale' development at 2610-2614 4th Street NE, this project will continue the transformation of 4th Street.  The existing house will be razed.  Two urban farmhouse apartment buildings will be constructed, bringing a new type of housing to the community.

7537 12th Street NW- SOLD 
​The existing single family house was re-invented.  Some developers take a new design and fit it into an existing building.  This project is the antithesis of that methodology.  The existing home was supplemented with a massive addition to allow a layout ideal for the modern family and ample space throughout.  Design renderings and construction progress photos are below.  

425, 427, and 429 Newton Place NW- ALL SIX UNITS SOLD!
​Three vacant lots were redeveloped into three, two-unit condominium buildings - The Caroline, The Cameron, and The Harper.  Construction took approximately one year and each building features unique, industrial inspired design.  

614 Otis Place NW- Delivering in Summer 2020 
​The existing single family house will be transformed into a three-unit condominium.  Two units will be in the front structure, followed by a new communal courtyard, and a third unit in an alley structure.  Below are preliminary design drawings.  

2610-2614 4th Street NE- Delivering in Spring 2020 
​The existing single family house will be razed.  In it's place we will create six new construction flats.  One of the flats will be set aside for Inclusionary Zoning.  While the remaining five will be comprised of four market rate three bedroom flats and one four bedroom flat.  Below are preliminary design drawings and early shots of construction progress.
